Nici Ward is a singer/songwriter with a career spanning two decades. Having grown up in the industry, it was a natural path for Nici to start writing her own music -- performing and recording around Melbourne, Sydney, Los Angeles, and her home of Perth. She has collaborated with artists as varied as Luke Steele, Six Ft Hick, Rinehearts and Graveyard Train – where she sang alongside Killing Heidi's Ella Hooper. Her co-written song with Nuno Bettencort (Extreme) features on the soundtrack to Disney movie Smart People, and one of her songs was recently featured in the Perth short film A Mother's Gift.
In 2019 Nici formed Girl+Boy with Perth music veteran Jesse French (Kuillotines, No Wonder, The Volcanics) with whom she has released a full-length album and several singles. During this time she was also performing solo under the name Lonesome Dove, which she expanded to a full band lineup in 2021 – featuring some of Perth's most accomplished rock musicians Ben Protasiewicz (Pat Chow), Olga Sigurthorsdottir (Snowman, Boys Boys Boys) and Leo Downsborough (The Methamphetaqueens). Lonesome Dove are currently working on their debut full-length album – the follow-up to their successful 2021 EP AWWWW, released on Igloo Records via MGM. In addition to songwriting and performance, Nici has developed a full suite of music industry skills including vocal coaching, publicity, online marketing and film clip production – creating all of the clips for Girl+Boy and having a heavy hand in concept and direction for Lonesome Dove.
In 2024 P.H.R will be focusing on launching Lonesome Doves debut album.

P.H.R’s is aiming to help artists achieve their goals in navigating releasing their music, P.H.R aims to work with artists and creatives to help them pitch their work for digital release as well as small tape + vinyl releases, working on collaborations, and hands on marketing ideas to help make your release as individual as the music you’ve created.

LONESOME DOVE
Lonesome Dove are a 4-piece indie-pop band from Perth. The band fuses big driving guitars with catchy pop hooks and three-part harmonies – creating a style that reflects their love of Pixies, The Clouds, Best Coast, and The Breeders.
Originally the solo project of singer/songwriter Nici Ward, Lonesome Dove became a full band in in 2021 with a lineup of musicians from some of Perth's best bands. Guitarist Ben Protasiewicz is an award-winning singer/songwriter, best known as the frontman of celebrated indie-rock trio Pat Chow. A WAM Song Of The Year winner with three full-length albums and countless stage hours under his belt, Ben brings boundless knowledge and creativity to Lonesome Dove's collaborative songwriting. With a music career that took her from Iceland, to Perth, to London, Bassist Olga Sigurthorsdottir has the honour of being in two of Perth's most legendary bands – the internationally-loved Snowman, and Australia's greatest party band, Boys Boys Boys. Completing the rhythm section is drummer Leo Downsborough, a talented multi-instrumentalist who has performed for over a decade in Wrongtown, Terror Adapters and The Cult Of Addiction, and as a guitarist in The Methamphetaqueens.
Through experience and a strong work ethic, Lonesome Dove came out of the gate strong. In their first year they were invited to perform at RTRFM's Slightly Odway, Neon Picnic and Hidden Treasures, and became a go-to support band for legends like Children Collide, Custard, Body Type, Brodie J Brummer (Flyying Colours) The Black Lips, Ammonia, Screamfeeder and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets. Lonesome Dove quickly established a strong following that drew both new people and fans of their previous bands – gaining a reputation as one of the best live acts in the city.
In 2021 Lonesome Dove released the 8 track AWWWW EP, which was received with widespread praise by fans and media. In spite of the global lockdowns, Lonesome Dove continued to write and record their debut album in singer Nici Ward's studio, and have since released two singles: Burning Bridges, Bully and Something Dumb– the first taste of their forthcoming debut album.
2023 is proving to be Lonesome Dove's biggest year yet. They are set to release their debut album ‘Sucked In’ in July, as well as embarking on their second tour of the east coast.

Quickly becoming known for her unapologetic songs of lost friendships, broken hearts and real love - Rosalie brings you stories of her life in all their glittery, dramatic glory.
Her performances may have you thinking that If Debbie Harry and Taylor Swift had a baby Rosalie might just be it.
Her energy is never-ending, and her will to push boundaries and an audiences nervous system is powerfully gorgeous.
Having so far had the opportunity to open for the likes of Noah Dillon and Siobhan Cotchin with whiplash inducing gusto, there’s no doubt Rosalie’s soul lies in performing her heart out, hopefully we can all keep up…

Incredibly thrilled and excited to share the news that ZERODENT will be joining us at Pink House Records. They have been with our Pink House family since the beginning.
I am overjoyed to be a part of their upcoming third LP release, as they are genuinely one of our most beloved bands.

Guitarist Ben Protasiewicz is an award-winning singer/songwriter, best known as the frontman of celebrated indie-rock trio Pat Chow and lead guitarist and vocalist in Lonesome Dove. A WAM Song Of The Year winner with three full-length albums and countless stage hours under his belt, Ben is a prolific songwriter and a criminally underrated Australian musician.
All recorded at Pinkhouse, impressively LIFECRY’s recordings are all written and solely performed by Ben himself.

Making their start in 2012, Turtle Bay (FKA Turtle Bay TV) have developed a reputation for their eclectic output and energetic live shows.
Expanding on the post-punk, gothic-infused textures of their 2020 album ‘Sketch Caustic’, the band have spent the past year exploring the annals of cosmic country, indie rock and britpop, with influences ranging from Neil Young and Alvvays to Mac DeMarco and Pulp. They are excited to share some music very very soon…
